Atlanta, Louisville or Charleston • Full-Time
Apply NowBased at one of our clubs: Atlanta, GA · Louisville, KY · Mount Pleasant, SC · Full-time, exempt · Reports to the Director of Strategic Partnerships & Operations
About the role
We’re building something new: getting as many people as possible playing padel across the country, starting at our own clubs. PATL runs clubs in Atlanta, Louisville, Charleston and Seattle, and every one of them is different: different buildings, different players, different stages of growth. What should feel the same everywhere is PATL. The Marketing Manager owns that. You’ll set the marketing strategy for the whole company and make sure a player walking into any PATL club gets the same quality, the same energy and the same sense of community. You’ll work side by side with our Director of Strategic Partnerships & Operations as her right hand on marketing.
This is not a remote role. You’ll live in Atlanta, Louisville or Charleston and be on the ground at the club most days of the week, with regular trips to the other clubs. The best content, the best stories and the best read on what players want all come from being there.
What you’ll do
1. Strategy and brand
- Own PATL’s marketing strategy and calendar across all four clubs
- Define how PATL looks, sounds and shows up everywhere, then keep every club consistent with it
- Build a brand and voice guide that GMs, coaches and ambassadors can actually use
- Adapt the playbook to each market without losing what makes it PATL
2. Member experience across clubs
- Map the player journey from first post to first session to regular, and close the gaps at each club
- Work with each GM so programming, events and communication feel like one company
- Gather player feedback and turn it into changes that show up on the court
3. Social and content
- Run PATL’s social channels and each club’s local presence
- Capture some photo and video yourself on site: open play, clinics, leagues, events, people
- Collect content from every club and build a pipeline so GMs, coaches and ambassadors feed you content without extra work
- Work with our content contractors, like photographers and videographers: brief them, schedule shoots and manage what they deliver
4. Events
- Market every event we host, from social nights and intro sessions to leagues and tournaments
- Play a big part on event days: content, promotion, partner activations and making sure players have a great time
- Support the GMs and event leads who run the events; you won’t be fully responsible for hosting them
5. Campaigns and launches
- Lead marketing for new club openings, presales and founding memberships
- Plan and run campaigns for programs, leagues and memberships
- Manage email, website updates, print and local advertising
6. Marketing operations
- Keep flyers, the website and promos in sync with what’s live in our booking systems
- Run the tools: scheduling, email, design templates, analytics
- Manage budgets, freelancers and vendors
7. Partners and community
- Deliver on sponsor and partner commitments: posts, signage, activations, recaps
- Support the ambassador program with content, events and recognition
- Build local relationships that bring new players in
