What we look for in people

We hire coaches who make beginners feel welcome, bring energy to every session, love building community as much as teaching, lead with humility, and take initiative in building something from the ground up.

Working conditions

  • On site at the Kirkland club
  • Evening and weekend sessions, when members play most
  • Physically active: on your feet, demonstrating technique and feeding balls
  • The club is a fabric-structure building that may run cooler than a conventional gym in winter months

Pay

  • Part-time (independent contractor, under a PATL contractor agreement): 40% of the lesson price for each lesson taught, with lesson rates set by PATL based on the coach’s experience and demand
